Welcome and hope you're having a great day !!! Unique Kuna Mola A great converstaion piece ! Thanks for stopping by! VINTAGE Mola—Bat? --Handstitched-NICE! Here's a vintage Mola from Panama. Handstitched Pattern is of an interesting / comical / very colorful bat!! If you have never seen a mola in person, you are in for a real treat! This would be a fun piece of art to have in a den or study. It reminds me of how I feel at the end of the day after work. Ü Measures 19" wide x 14.5" tall. A mola is a traditional textile art made by the Kuna people of the Republic of Panama. Molas are hand stitched and use many pieces of brightly colored material which are cut and tucked to form a design. Thanks for looking Photos are of the actual object for this auction.
